$105 for individuals, $135.00 for couples, $155.00 for family
The purpose of this intake session is to understand better your current concerns, background, and goals for therapy in order to tailor our work together to meet your needs. During this session, we will also discuss your personal history, any challenges you're facing, and what you hope to achieve in therapy.
Individual

In an individual session with Heather, you'll have the space to explore your thoughts and feelings in a focused, one-on-one setting, allowing for deep personal reflection and growth. Heather will provide personalized support and guidance, helping you work through specific issues and make meaningful progress toward your goals.

In a couples session with Heather, both partners are given the opportunity to openly communicate their perspectives and work together on strengthening their relationship. Heather will facilitate a balanced, supportive environment, helping you both address challenges and build a deeper connection.
Couples

Family therapy aims to foster collaboration among family members to resolve challenges, ensuring that everyone feels heard and supported. We equip families with the tools to rebuild healthier boundaries, recognize family dynamics, and enhance problem-solving skills. Family members must all be 18+ years of age.
Family
All rates are self-pay we do not currently accept insurance at this time. We can provide a superbill monthly if requested.

Cancellation Policy
More than 24-hour cancellation
We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If this happens, please contact Seaview as soon as possible. If you are unable to reach us directly, feel free to leave a voicemail, send a text, or send an email. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice, and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule accordingly.
Less than 24 hour Cancellation
If an appointment is not canceled at least 24 hours in advance, a fee of $85.00 - $135.00 will be applied. We understand that unexpected situations may arise, but we ask for this notice to allow us to offer the time slot to other clients in need of an appointment.
No call, No show
If you fail to cancel your appointment and do not show up, you will be charged the full session fee, which ranges from $95.00 to $145.00, depending on the service provided. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, and you will be personally responsible for covering the cost of the missed session.
